Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We do not collect personal information, device identifiers, precise or approximate location, contacts, photos, audio, browsing activity, usage analytics, advertising data, or payment information through the App.

The App does not require registration or login and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or other account information.

2. Information stored locally on your device

The App stores limited gameplay information locally, which may include:

• unlocked and completed levels;
• best completion times and related game progress;
• selected language; and
• music and sound-effect preferences.

This information is used only to operate the App and remember your preferences. It is not transmitted to us or synchronized with an account or remote server.

3. Advertising, analytics, and tracking

The current iOS version does not include advertising networks, analytics services, tracking technologies, or cross-app tracking. We do not use the Apple advertising identifier and do not request App Tracking Transparency permission.

4. How information is used

Locally stored information is used solely to provide game functionality, restore local progress, and apply your settings. Because this information is not sent to us, we do not use it for profiling, advertising, analytics, marketing, or automated decision-making.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose personal data from the App because the App does not collect or transmit personal data to us. The App does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

Apple may independently process information when you download, update, or use apps through Apple services, or when you choose to share device diagnostics with Apple. Apple's processing is governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policies, not this Privacy Policy.

6. Retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until it is overwritten, cleared, or the App is uninstalled. You can delete that information by uninstalling the App or using device controls that clear the App's data, where available. Because we do not receive or maintain this local data, we cannot retrieve, correct, export, or delete it remotely.

If you contact us directly, we will use the information you voluntarily provide only to respond to your request and will retain it only as long as reasonably necessary for support, recordkeeping, security, or legal obligations.

7. Children's privacy

The App is not designed to collect personal information from children or any other users. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us outside the App, please contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

8. Data security

The App minimizes privacy risk by keeping gameplay information on the device and not operating a user-data backend. No method of device storage is completely secure, and you are responsible for maintaining appropriate security for your device and backups.

9. International data transfers

The App does not transmit personal data to us, so the App does not create an international transfer of personal data to our systems. Information you voluntarily send when contacting us may be processed where we or our email service providers operate, subject to applicable law.

10. Your privacy choices and rights

You control locally stored game data through your device and may delete it as described above. Because the App does not maintain an account or remote user profile, there is no in-app account deletion process. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights concerning information you voluntarily send to us. Contact us to exercise those rights.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the App, applicable law, or our data practices change. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date. If a future version begins collecting data, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures before or when that change takes effect, as required by law.
